On average, orders take 3-5 business days to fufill. Depending on season and volume of orders, orders can take anywhere between 3-14 business days to get curated and shipped out. This is due to a number of factors.
 
Wave a Wand is a small female-owned business that is operating out of Los Angeles. While I aim to expand the brand to a brick and mortar location in the next few years, I am the only employee at this time. Please be patient with me as all items are lovingly curated at the time of order. 
 
Please note, as I infuse every order with focused energy, I will not handle items or work on orders if my energy is not positive, loving and focused on your intention. I will not send orders out with negative energy attached and I sage every package before delivering them to USPS.
 
Even still, I recommend you sage your items upon arrival. As they are shipped through the USPS system, they encouter additional hands and energy. Please be aware of that and cleanse any negative energy from the package and items before use. I recommend Palo Santo. :)

Shipping methods:
I ship via USPS. Items under 13 ounces are shipped via First-Class Mail. Items over 13 ounces are shipped via Priority Mail. If you would like expedited shipping, please email me via the contact page prior to completing your order for a custom quote. 
 
I do accept special orders.
If there is an item that you would like but it is not currently in our inventory or if you have an idea for items you'd like included in a gift box/basket, please contact me with your request. I am able to source items that may not currently be listed on the site.
 
I don't accept returns or cancellations.
As most items are custom made, I am unable to accept canellations or returns at this time. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I would like to know about the issues and try to make it right.
 
I gladly accept exchanges.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
